Perform manual and automated testing (50/50) of real-time systems using Python scripting. Design and execute functional, non-functional, acceptance, and system tests. Track work in JIRA within Agile teams, define test requirements, communicate results, and manage multiple priorities.

Lead analysis of complex business problems, justify change with business cases, define and document requirements for process and system changes, recommend solutions, support solution design/testing/delivery, and develop detailed business and system specifications.

Lead and manage a solutions architecture team focused on enterprise network and unified communications. Provide hands-on architecture, design complex VoIP/voice and network solutions, engage stakeholders, mentor staff, and drive solution development processes and quality improvements.
