Investigate issues, define technical requirements and specifications, and work with developers to build, test and release enhancements to the WebRater application. Analyse integrations, data flows and platform performance, troubleshoot defects, and support delivery while upskilling other BAs on technical approaches.

Make high-volume outbound calls to qualify leads for Sales Consultants, follow scripts, promote products, meet productivity/quality/compliance targets, support team, and adhere to FCA regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
