Provides commercially focused legal support across Disney’s Australia and New Zealand businesses. Responsibilities include reviewing marketing and product materials, drafting and negotiating commercial, licensing, sponsorship, partnership, influencer, and services agreements, advising on competitions and consumer law, supporting content distribution matters, conducting legal research, and maintaining internal legal processes. The role collaborates with marketing, content, product, finance, and commercial stakeholders on a 13-month full-time contract.

Lead ESPN marketing across Australia and New Zealand: develop and deliver multi-platform campaigns (TV, digital, social, streaming), manage social and Disney+ activity, collaborate with internal and external partners, oversee budgets, agencies, reporting and campaign optimisation to grow brand and audience engagement.

Provide oversight for Disney Studios Australia, build agency and vendor relationships, drive emergency preparedness, and advise senior leaders on emerging geopolitical and security risks.

Lead People & Culture for Disney ANZ, developing and implementing HR strategy, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, driving change management, talent, compensation, inclusion, employee relations, payroll and facilities, and advising senior leaders across multiple business lines in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Lead end-to-end sales for Disney+ and ESPN streaming inventory, delivering revenue targets through insight-led video solutions. Build senior agency/client relationships, negotiate long-term agreements, forecast and manage pipelines, partner with Ad Ops/Product for campaign execution, and mentor client partners to drive market growth.
