Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with commercial objectives across field sales and retail operations. Provide workforce planning, performance, engagement, talent development, succession, leadership coaching, and employee relations support. Use workforce data to identify trends, guide decisions, and address challenges. Advise managers on employee relations and compliance, support recruitment strategies, and improve HR systems, policies, and frameworks. This is a maternity leave contract of up to 12 months with a hybrid work model.
