Own and continuously improve application security across the SDLC, including secure code reviews, threat modeling, risk assessment, AppSec tooling, vulnerability reporting, secure design standards, and Security Champion programs. Partner with development teams across varying maturity levels to embed effective security practices in Azure and CI/CD environments while maintaining delivery velocity. Mentor developers and strengthen secure coding capabilities.

Manage strategic relationships with national workers compensation and compulsory third-party insurance clients. Responsibilities include developing account strategies, retaining and growing revenue, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, negotiating contracts, using customer insights, collaborating on product improvements, representing the company at industry events, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Serve as primary contact for clients and medical experts: manage appointments and bookings, provide phone/email/online support, onboard users, resolve enquiries, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, support medical expert scheduling, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to client engagement and business development.
