Supports Risk Advisors by researching and analysing insurance strategies, preparing quotes and advice documents, and assisting with applications, underwriting, policy administration, client reviews, and ongoing service. The role involves liaising with clients, insurers, super funds, and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements. Existing paraplanning experience is preferred, but trainees motivated to develop a career in risk insurance may be considered.

Provide product support for business systems: troubleshoot issues, respond to customer enquiries, escalate complex problems, maintain records, deliver training, share feedback with product teams, and help improve customer outcomes.

Manage a client portfolio, lead or participate in client meetings, review and sign off on client work, draft financial/tax/investment advice for Partner review, mentor team members, ensure Division 7A compliance, research technical matters, and drive improvements and firm initiatives.
