Provide Level 1 (and some Level 2) IT support across cloud and on‑prem customer environments. Troubleshoot servers, networks, endpoints, printers and Office 365 apps, manage incidents within SLA, assist security incident triage, implement network security measures, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve IT services.
