Responsible for financial control of engineering, inventory and fixed assets: monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, CAPEX reporting, reviewing outsourced work, supporting FP&A variance analysis, and driving process improvements and control initiatives.

Lead compliance, governance and safety activities across Operations Delivery. Manage audits, facilitate governance forums, deliver reporting and insights, partner with leaders to manage risk, drive continuous improvement, and represent the function during occasional domestic and international audits and stakeholder engagement.

Lead implementation and maturation of Automated Quality Management across contact centre operations. Use automation, analytics and AI-enabled conversational insights to improve customer experience, compliance, coaching effectiveness and governance. Drive quality frameworks, calibration, performance scorecards, trend analysis and continuous improvement with stakeholders and outsourced partners.

Perform daily warehouse operations to control, pack, bin, issue and dispatch aircraft parts. Monitor inventory, process warehouse tasks within deadlines, support distribution needs, maintain Qantas and client stock accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement in a team-based, shift-driven aviation logistics environment.

Provide financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis. Build and maintain Power BI finance dashboards, deliver commercial insights, support business cases and investment appraisals, improve reporting and processes, and contribute to governance, risk and compliance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud and infrastructure transformation programs (migrations, modernisation, refreshes). Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors and stakeholders across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid models to ensure operational readiness and benefit realisation.

Design and build gold-layer data assets, maintain pipelines and data quality, deliver advanced analyses and self-serve BI for Commercial teams, translate insights for leadership, implement version control, peer-review analyst work, and promote data governance.
