Join Andromeda’s three-month engineering summer internship in Melbourne, working hands-on with humanoid robotics. Interns will assemble and modify prototype hardware, create and execute test protocols, support workshop and field operations, and own discrete projects across hardware, firmware, software, and autonomous systems. The program is designed for engineering students seeking practical experience alongside senior engineers in a fast-paced robotics environment.

Own and improve the embedded Linux platform powering humanoid robots, including kernel configuration, hardware bring-up, device integration, provisioning, flashing, OTA upgrades, diagnostics, recovery, and deployment tooling. Debug low-level issues across boot, networking, storage, peripherals, and system stability. Collaborate with firmware, electrical, autonomy, AI, and product teams to define hardware/software interfaces, validate platform changes, and improve reliability in manufacturing and field environments.
