Drive CRO and experimentation, define attribution and technology standards, ensure data privacy and compliance, and coach performance, strategy, and leadership teams. The role combines strategic direction, hands-on troubleshooting, executive stakeholder engagement, client workshops, financial governance, and scalable team development in a remote-first Australian agency.

Lead end-to-end setup, QA, delivery, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns. Implement and validate conversion, revenue, and donation tracking (GA4, Meta pixel/CAPI via GTM). Produce forecasts, audience targeting, weekly reporting, and post-campaign analysis while advising on channel strategy and improving campaign performance to meet client objectives.
