Build and scale customer adoption programs for corporate and mid-market customers across Australia and New Zealand. Design onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, webinars, playbooks, and self-service content. Develop deep expertise in ElevenLabs products, audit customer configurations, analyze adoption metrics, and create data-driven strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and implementation partners to accelerate activation and expansion without directly owning accounts or technical implementations.

Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise and B2B customers using ElevenLabs API and ElevenAgents. Diagnose complex issues, troubleshoot integrations involving LLMs, telephony, and AI systems, communicate solutions in English, identify recurring product gaps, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and maintain clear technical documentation. The role also requires acting as a trusted technical partner while working autonomously in a fast-moving remote environment.

The Sales Development Representative will identify leads, engage in outbound sales activities, implement outreach campaigns, and collaborate with the Account Executive to optimize strategies for lead conversion and sales performance.
