Lead the eMobility Technical Operations team, manage resources and projects, ensure system reliability, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.

Support performance, security, and availability of critical applications; triage and resolve incidents; contribute to design, development, testing and documentation; perform security audits, backups and disaster recovery; mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Provide operational and administrative support for C&I Gas customers: manage daily tasks, resolve service orders, transfers and billing exceptions, support C&I Sales, deliver reporting, maintain SOPs, and drive process improvements to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
