Manages commercial contracts during the Order to Remittance phase, including customer and supplier relationships, claims, disputes, insurance, and commercial issues. Serves as a functional expert and first-line manager, influences stakeholders, supports strategy and policy development, analyzes problems, leads projects, and ensures quality and effective delivery within the contract management function.

Leads APAC contract management for onshore wind projects, overseeing governance, risk mitigation, margin protection, claims, disputes, negotiations, and commercial performance. Manages and develops regional contract professionals, advises cross-functional stakeholders, ensures contract compliance and documentation, supports settlements and insurance claims, and identifies commercial opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Requires extensive contract or project experience in renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or related sectors, with travel across Asia.
