Manage a high-volume portfolio of 150–250 client accounts, overseeing renewals, retention, upselling, client communications, orientations, reporting, and CRM maintenance. Identify at-risk and inactive accounts, track engagement and account health, ensure contractual compliance, respond to inquiries, and escalate expansion opportunities. The role requires strong organization, commercial judgment, communication, and efficiency in a transactional customer success environment.
