Act as change agent to drive adoption of AI-driven range review tools across commercial teams. Design and deliver training, implementation plans, stakeholder readiness assessments, and KPIs. Translate user feedback to developers, prioritize feature improvements, and ensure range recommendations are practical and trusted. Partner with change specialists and project teams to scale use across BWS and Dan Murphy's and connect commercial squads to the transformation vision.
