Drive growth within existing school accounts by generating leads, expanding relationships, conducting product demos, collaborating with Customer Success, managing pipeline, exceeding sales targets, negotiating pricing, closing expansion deals, and sharing market insights with internal teams. The role requires SaaS or technology sales experience, strong prospecting and communication skills, account expansion expertise, and a growth mindset.

Leads a multidisciplinary content production team, owning people management, performance, resource planning, and operational delivery of the education content roadmap. Creates project plans, tracks workflow and deadlines using Google Sheets and JIRA, forecasts capacity, analyzes production data, manages risks, and maintains operational data quality. The role also ensures content meets quality standards, improves processes across the department, and supports responsible AI adoption in content production.

Create curriculum-aligned VCE learning materials including video scripts, lesson content and assessments. Translate complex syllabus points into clear, student-friendly lessons, follow style guides, meet deadlines, and collaborate with designers and subject leads to ensure accuracy and engagement.
