Provide first-line support and implementation for Spektrix CRM clients across Australia and New Zealand. Manage onboarding projects, troubleshoot software and related hardware, train clients, analyse and report on client data, and contribute to regional processes, documentation, events, and continuous improvement. Participate in occasional on-call, evening shifts, and travel to clients as needed.
