Own and deliver an APAC sales quota for strategic hospitality technology opportunities. The role involves consultative and technical selling to hotel owners, general managers, operations teams, and revenue teams; building pipeline through outbound activity, events, roadshows, and inbound leads; maintaining CRM and forecast accuracy; using AI for research and sales workflows; and mentoring newer sales colleagues.

Own approximately 30 customer support cases daily across chat, email, and phone. Investigate hotel technology issues across payments, PMS, POS, channel managers, and integrations; resolve cases within SLAs; communicate clearly with non-technical hotel teams; use AI to improve case handling; document recurring issues; update knowledge bases; and create reproducible Jira tickets for Product and Engineering.
