Investigate incidents, optimize system performance, maintain documentation and runbooks, and support DNS, WAF, CDN, and caching infrastructure. The role requires strong Linux administration, Bash scripting, networking, Git, and containerization skills, with independent ownership and collaboration across development and operations teams.
