Provide 24x7 network support for production and corporate networks, troubleshoot Layer 1-3 issues, maintain WAN/edge/datacenter/CDN infrastructure, perform installs/upgrades, collaborate with ISPs/vendors, monitor network health, and create/update SOPs. Shift-based role aligned to Sydney hours.
