Manages day-to-day operations, performance reporting, process improvement, team leader development, training compliance, timekeeping issues, stakeholder escalations, and KPI/SLA performance. Leads teams toward targets, partners with Training and Quality, supports operational strategy deployment, and identifies performance or process gaps. The role requires shifting evening schedules in the Philippines and collaboration with onshore stakeholders.
