Leads the ANZ Support organization across four functional streams, improving team engagement, retention, leadership capability, SLAs, CSAT, resolution times, and wait times. Owns critical customer escalations, develops support strategy and transformation roadmaps, and applies AI, automation, and self-service to improve customer and employee experiences. Partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.
