Leads global tax reporting, accounting, forecasting, provisioning, governance, and transparency activities. Owns the OneSource tax provisioning platform, drives automation and process improvements, and ensures compliance with Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting requirements. Partners with global Finance and Tax teams, oversees tax disclosures and Board reporting, supports strategic tax initiatives, and provides leadership on emerging international tax developments.

Supports Japan finance leadership through business partnering, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations. Coordinates financial inputs across markets and FP&A teams, maintains data quality, improves reporting processes, and provides insights for commercial decisions, risks, opportunities, product launches, and other initiatives. Builds stakeholder relationships across Finance and Commercial teams.

Provide strategic, actionable employment and industrial relations legal advice across APAC, with primary responsibility for Australian matters. Advise on disputes, restructures, investigations, terminations, compliance, enterprise agreements, union consultations, and collective disputes. Manage regional employment-law matters, oversee external counsel, and represent CSL in litigation and agency proceedings while partnering with HR, risk, compliance, and business teams.

Supports CSL’s sales and marketing teams through commercial operations administration, systems coordination, compliance reporting, contract maintenance, financial processing, onboarding, IT device coordination, meetings, travel, and customer event logistics. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, accuracy, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a corporate or pharmaceutical environment.

Manage accurate and compliant Japan payroll operations, including employee inquiries, social insurance, benefits, retirement payments, PTO, attendance, overtime, vendor processing, statutory reporting, and payroll data in Workday. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Benefits, vendors, employees, and government agencies. Support audits, reporting, forecasting, payroll accounting, process improvements, and system or vendor transitions.
