Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for client infrastructure, troubleshoot complex server, network, hardware and software issues, lead infrastructure projects and implementations, mentor junior engineers, support solution architecture and pre-sales activities, maintain system performance through monitoring and automation, and produce technical documentation.

Own and optimize the APAC customer acquisition funnel, run A/B and multivariate tests, align marketing with sales and ops, manage ABM and regional campaigns, analyze GA4/HubSpot/CRM data, optimize spend across paid and organic channels, and support local/regional events to drive pipeline and conversion.
