Provides high-volume customer support to wellness businesses through chat, email, and Zoom. Owns partner inquiries from initial contact through resolution, troubleshoots scheduling, payments, migrations, and integrations, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Migrations teams. The role requires maintaining strong service quality, managing multiple priorities, becoming an Arketa product expert, identifying process improvements, and sharing partner feedback to influence product development. Weekend coverage and Sydney daytime availability are required.
