Provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the Global CFO and Company Secretary, manage international schedules and complex travel, assist with inboxes and communications, maintain confidential records, liaise with stakeholders, and drive process improvements using digital and AI tools.

Lead finance process improvement across Australian operations: map current processes, identify pain points, design and implement streamlined month‑end, reporting and reconciliation improvements, standardise templates and documentation, support small system changes, and coach the finance team to embed sustainable change.
