Prospect and qualify commercial and enterprise customers, identify needs, assess interest in Docker products, and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives. Manage inbound inquiries, conduct outreach through calls, email, chat, and social media, maintain Salesforce hygiene and pipeline data, meet prospecting KPIs, share customer feedback, and collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams.

Act as a technical lead for strategic customers, driving container and AI adoption across pre/post-sales and product teams. Lead design partner prototyping, create demos/enablement content, gather field feedback, and align product engineering to customer workflows. Serve as a regional thought leader and travel up to 50% to represent Docker.
