Sendmux gives AI agents real email inboxes, controlled sending, live inbox events, and developer tools in one email API.
Sendmux is built for teams that want AI agents to work with real email, not just send one-way messages. Each agent can have its own mailbox, read threads, process attachments, send replies, and react to new messages through webhooks or Server-Sent Events.
For sending, teams can use SMTP, Gmail, Outlook, or managed Amazon SES. Sendmux handles delivery groups, quotas, weighted routing, provider health, and failover, so agent email does not depend on a single sending account.
Developers can connect through REST APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP tools, and Sendmux Skills. It fits support agents, sales agents, scheduling agents, research agents, workflow automation, and SaaS platforms that need isolated email infrastructure per agent, customer, or workspace.
