Responsibilities include sourcing and validating data, researching explainable modeling techniques, monitoring model performance, maintaining governance standards, conducting ad hoc analytics, and communicating insights to business stakeholders. Lead product development from concept through end of life, identify market opportunities, build business cases, coordinate cross-functional and external partners, improve operational efficiency, and deliver revenue and KPI targets. Lead end-to-end B2B and direct-to-customer marketing campaigns across AU/NZ: strategy, creative, execution, analytics, stakeholder and agency management, compliance, and process improvements to drive partner and customer engagement for a credit card product.
