Provide business insights through analysis, forecasting, reporting and monitoring to identify improvement opportunities. Develop tracking/reporting frameworks, support performance improvement initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, apply root cause analysis, and enable data-driven recommendations for customer and business outcomes.

Define and own cloud security product vision and roadmap; embed security into cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines; design security controls across Azure/AWS/GCP; drive DevSecOps, IaC automation, threat modelling, compliance, incident response, and stakeholder alignment to deliver measurable security outcomes.

Supports Security Engineering leaders through Agile delivery coordination, operational performance management, reporting, analytics, and system administration. Manages security metrics and reporting using enterprise systems, develops data-driven performance improvements, coordinates capacity and delivery priorities, supports backlog refinement and dependency management, and contributes to governance and service improvement initiatives. Requires advanced Excel skills, proficiency with Workday and Fieldglass, and strong stakeholder coordination abilities.

Own end-to-end product outcomes for network‑embedded fraud, scam and protection capabilities (PMM, TMM, EIR, Calltrack). Define vision, roadmap, KPIs, and prioritised backlogs; shape scalable cloud and software‑defined solutions; partner with engineering, cyber, data, legal and commercial teams to ensure resilience, observability, regulatory readiness and measurable risk reduction.

Design, build and maintain high-quality software solutions; write tested code; translate requirements into user stories; contribute to roadmaps; improve CI/CD and automation; provide technical leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration tests and source code security reviews; identify and report vulnerabilities; advise developers on mitigations; improve tooling and automation; mentor staff and contribute to security testing strategy.

Provide commercial and technical support for network initiatives: assess requirements, evaluate solutions, develop business cases, support vendor engagement, and inform investment and asset decisions across lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Lead portfolio strategy and enablement for Telstra Enterprise Mobility by maintaining a 12–24 month roadmap, aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology and Strategy, translating market and customer insights into priorities, supporting innovation proofs and executive decision-making, and driving portfolio reporting to ensure measurable customer and business outcomes.
