Leads enterprise engineering enablement through standardized tooling, automation patterns, DevSecOps practices, golden paths, and self-service workflows. Partners with engineering, platform, security, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, embed governance and compliance, improve cloud and hybrid delivery, and drive adoption. Serves as a subject matter expert while delivering Centre of Excellence outcomes, coaching teams, measuring adoption, and improving organizational engineering maturity.

Assess and manage telecommunications site-share and colocation applications, reviewing technical designs for compliance with structural, power, earthing, EME, engineering, and regulatory standards. Coordinate approvals with customers, agents, internal teams, and external stakeholders; manage system records, competing priorities, and deadlines. Contribute to process improvements and resolve complex technical issues while delivering a strong customer experience.

Advise business and technology stakeholders on cybersecurity, lead security assessments and risk reviews, provide risk-based recommendations, and promote security-by-design. Improve governance, standards, processes, and operational effectiveness while supporting security tools and frameworks. Create security guidance, procedures, templates, and playbooks, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder experience.

Lead secure network and security sales growth across enterprise corporate and Victorian Government accounts. Build C-level relationships, develop account and opportunity strategies, identify and close complex opportunities, coordinate partners and internal teams, forecast sales in Salesforce, and position connectivity, network transformation, security, managed services, and professional services solutions.

Supports Telstra Enterprise’s Mobility portfolio strategy through roadmap planning, market and customer insight analysis, cross-functional alignment, innovation initiatives, portfolio reporting, and executive decision support. The role partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Strategy teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and guide future enterprise mobility propositions.

Manage governance, compliance, performance, and commercial relationships for Field Services suppliers across Telstra. Monitor contractual KPIs, HSE requirements, supplier risk, assurance, and reporting; lead governance meetings; support sourcing, onboarding, assessments, and continuous improvement. Act as an escalation point for contractual and commercial matters while coordinating with Procurement, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to strengthen supplier relationship management and contract outcomes.
