Own and grow the brand’s e-commerce sales through Shopify and digital channels. Manage Google Shopping, Merchant Center, Meta advertising, SEO, email, SMS, social commerce, marketplaces, promotions, influencers, and UGC. Improve traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, average order value, customer retention, and repeat purchases. Use analytics, AI, and automation to identify growth opportunities, execute campaigns, and report weekly on performance.

Provides customer and client support through a helpdesk system, manages service requests, records interactions, coordinates issue resolution, and follows up until closure. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, organization, professionalism, and flexibility across programs and operational activities. Freshers may apply; proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication is preferred.

Provides remote administrative support for Australian operations by managing calendars, documents, correspondence, records, invoices, expenses, stakeholder coordination, onboarding documentation, and task tracking. Responds to customer and internal queries through email or CRM tools while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, independent work skills, and proficiency with office, collaboration, and CRM tools.
