The role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will provide technical expertise to support business objectives, application engineering outcomes and operational excellence. Working closely with developers and technical leads, you will design, develop and maintain scalable solutions while contributing to development standards and continuous improvement.

  • Design and implement technical solutions aligned to business requirements, technical standards and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration, data and application development outcomes
  • Contribute to coding standards, estimation techniques, code reviews and development best practices
  • Design and develop secure, scalable software solutions that align with industry standards
  • Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, change management and release activities
  • Coach and mentor developers in code quality, testing and debugging practices

About you

You are an experienced Salesforce developer with strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering quality outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively, applying sound judgement and supporting the development of others within a high-performing technical environment.

  • Strong experience designing complex application solutions and resolving technical issues in production environments
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including Person Accounts, Household and Relationship Groups and customer servicing journeys
  • Advanced Salesforce development capability across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events and integrations
  • Experience with OmniStudio development, deployment, debugging and performance optimisation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security frameworks, enterprise integration patterns and DevOps practices
  • Relevant qualifications in programming, engineering, information systems or equivalent experience
