Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure application changes for the Acurity platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business and regulatory enhancements, drive code quality, mentor developers, support production stability, and contribute to planning, estimation and continuous improvement.

Contract senior product/experience designer responsible for end-to-end UX for web and mobile products: research synthesis, wireframes, flows, prototypes, design system support, and ensuring WCAG 2.2 accessibility. Collaborates with product, channel owners and stakeholders, facilitates workshops, and iterates designs through deployment.

Lead and mentor a team of analytics specialists to deliver reporting, data models, visualisations and insights that inform marketing and growth decisions. Partner with stakeholders to mitigate risk, support compliance, manage delivery priorities, and uplift organisational insight capabilities.

Provide BAU support for advice systems including incident triage, defect investigation, and issue resolution. Analyze processes, document business and system requirements, support testing and change readiness, assist training and user enablement, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through insights and adoption tracking.

Deliver end-to-end, complex financial planning advice to high-net-worth and university clients. Drive business development, represent UniSuper at events, mentor junior advisers, ensure governance and compliance, contribute to advice innovation and efficiency (including AI), and deliver member education via seminars and webcasts.
