The Role

As a Project Manager at Crown Melbourne, you will be at the forefront of transforming spaces and creating state-of-the-art environments, across our Melbourne Property. Your role will involve managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with a diverse team of experts, including external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.

  • Develop, manage, and implement detailed project briefs, budgets, and feed into master programs while leading vendor RFPs/RFTs.

  • Demonstrate strong, well-rounded motivational leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and delegate tasks effectively.

  • Navigate pre-construction approvals, collaborate with design teams, ensure compliance, and manage contract administration with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Lead meetings, communicate effectively with stakeholders, track project timelines, and manage risks and opportunities to drive project success.

About You:

  • Qualfications in Construction or Project Management, with experience and technical knowledge in delivering complex, high-quality capital projects.

  • Strong attention to detail and technical expertise across multiple disciplines, directing both internal and external project management resources.

  • Proven ability to identify key issues, focus efforts, and hold stakeholders accountable.

  • Expertise in managing project budgets, costs, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate representation of project budgets.

  • Collaborative working style, partnering with General Manager/Project Director and team members to achieve outstanding results.
