Assess rigging and temporary structures, review and approve SWMS and risk assessments, coordinate bump‑in/bump‑out and contractor documentation, ensure WHS compliance and permits, protect assets, and drive continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement.

Lead strategy and commercial performance for Crown Melbourne's bars and nightlife portfolio. Develop beverage programs, entertainment activations, VIP experiences, pricing and menus, and strategic partnerships. Oversee financial outcomes, compliance, staffing, and leadership development to strengthen brand and drive visitation and revenue.

Coordinate Crown's employee recognition programs (Shine Awards, Service Milestones, Instant Thanks), manage related data and SharePoint, support event planning and logistics, handle inbox queries, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationships, reporting, and financial administration (invoices/expenses).

Provide policy and regulatory analysis; advise leadership on legislative and political developments; manage government and industry stakeholder engagement; prepare submissions, briefings and key messaging; conduct research; manage Government & Public Affairs projects; contribute to Executive, Board and Committee reporting; represent Crown at internal and external events.

Lead Line 2 risk oversight for corporate functions across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Provide strategic risk advice, review risk profiles, monitor controls, address control weaknesses, deliver risk training, and manage the group insurance function. Partner with Legal, Compliance and Financial Crime to strengthen risk practices in a highly regulated, 24/7 hospitality environment.
