You'll be the go-to expert for demand planning analysis within the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon, providing critical insights to drive decision-making across each category. In this role, you'll also lead the way in elevating our reporting capabilities, helping the demand team perform at its best and setting new standards for excellence.

What you'll be doing.
- Act as the central point of contact for managing abnormal demand, supply shortages, and communication across Account Managers, ISPs, and Supply Chain Planners.
- Lead short-term demand planning (S&OE horizon) for the Food Service & QSR channels, identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.
- Present gap-to-plan analysis in weekly S&OE forums and escalate unresolved issues to monthly S&OP forums.
- Cleanse and maintain data while developing automated, streamlined reporting processes.
- Create meaningful reports and dashboards to visualise trends, highlight risks, and drive insights.
- Analyse data across multiple sources to identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes.
- Collaborate with Sales to refine forecasts, improve forecast accuracy, and manage product transitions.
- Facilitate forecast change requests and support inventory optimisation actions.
- Drive continuous improvement through actionable reporting, KPI tracking, and process enhancement.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong attention to detail and confidence in data-led decision making
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Clear, effective communicator with both internal and external audiences
- Proficient in SAP/APO and advanced Excel; Power BI experience desirable
- Positive, solutions-focused approach with a drive for high-quality results
- Solid understanding of business processes; FMCG experience a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working independently while building strong cross-functional relationships
