Manage McCain’s Retail Potato brand portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Uses enterprise systems and Microsoft Office to keep teams organised, connected, and operating effectively.

The Sales Representative will manage and grow foodservice customer portfolios, engage with clients, identify business opportunities, and promote product availability across a territory in Western Victoria.

Supports the Coles national account across in-store and online channels by managing reporting, analysis, forecasting, promotions, trade investment, claims, and business planning. Coordinates with Coles and internal Supply Chain, Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Category, Pricing, and sales teams. As R&D Director, you'll lead the ANZ R&D function, drive innovation, and build capabilities while collaborating with various departments to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.

Manage end-to-end payroll for ANZ, processing weekly NZ and monthly ANZ payrolls. Handle commencements, changes, leave, terminations, compliance, reporting, audits, and stakeholder enquiries using payroll and time systems. Investigate discrepancies, maintain records, and drive payroll process improvements.

Lead Australia and New Zealand Accounts Payable teams across onshore and offshore locations. Drive customer-focused service, automation, process transformation, governance, compliance, working capital improvements, reporting, audits, reconciliations, and financial controls. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, and business leaders while resolving complex payment and supplier matters and developing high-performing teams.

Develop and deliver internal communications across Australia and New Zealand, including business updates, culture campaigns, employee storytelling, change initiatives, DEI and sustainability communications. Partner with leaders, HR and global teams; advise stakeholders; create content for multiple channels; and lead region-wide town halls aligned with business priorities and McCain’s 2030 strategy.
