Drive customer-focused service, automation, process transformation, governance, compliance, working capital improvements, reporting, audits, reconciliations, and financial controls. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, and business leaders while resolving complex payment and supplier matters and developing high-performing teams.

Develop and deliver internal communications across Australia and New Zealand, including business updates, culture campaigns, employee storytelling, change initiatives, DEI and sustainability communications. Partner with leaders, HR and global teams; advise stakeholders; create content for multiple channels; and lead region-wide town halls aligned with business priorities and McCain’s 2030 strategy.
