Responsibilities include developing brand plans, analyzing consumer and market insights, leading innovation and new product development projects, executing integrated campaigns, monitoring portfolio performance, managing stakeholders and agencies, and optimizing marketing investments to drive growth and commercial results.

Supports the Coles national account across in-store and online channels by managing reporting, analysis, forecasting, promotions, trade investment, claims, and business planning. Coordinates with Coles and internal Supply Chain, Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Category, Pricing, and sales teams. The role identifies performance trends, risks, opportunities, and actions while maintaining retailer systems and supporting commercial growth plans.

Lead Australia and New Zealand Accounts Payable teams across onshore and offshore locations. Drive customer-focused service, automation, process transformation, governance, compliance, working capital improvements, reporting, audits, reconciliations, and financial controls. Partner with Procurement, Finance, Shared Services, and business leaders while resolving complex payment and supplier matters and developing high-performing teams.
