Join Findex as an Accountant in our Melbourne Office. 

As an Accountant at Findex, you'll be expected to uphold high standards of excellence while continuing to develop your skills and grow professionally. Your role, your contribution!

  • Prepare various tax compliances including but not limited to Business Activity Statements (BAS), financial statements, reconciliations and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines, within budget.
  • Ensuring compliance obligations are met with various providers and statutory authorities on behalf of clients within the office locations.
  • The ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and offices.

What you bring to the role:    

  • Proven accounting experience within Public Practice and strong knowledge of Australian taxation requirements.
  • CA or CPA qualification or be working towards this.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with client and can work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Curious mindset, eager to learn and a passion for accounting and business advisory services.

The salary for this role is: $62,000 - $90,000
