Lead complex audit engagements from planning to completion, manage client relationships, review audit files for compliance, prepare business reports and fee proposals, and develop and mentor a team of auditors to achieve performance goals.

Perform standard external audit procedures across a varied client portfolio, prepare reports and management letters, support audit strategy and timetables, build client relationships, and help lead engagement teams while developing professionally.

Perform standard external auditing tasks for a diverse client portfolio, ensure timely and accurate completion of audit engagements, build client relationships, and develop professionally within a supportive team environment.

Lead enterprise AI adoption across client-facing teams: act as SME for ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot/AskDex, build use-case library, run user community, create AI agents and workflows, measure adoption and impact, and ensure alignment with governance, risk and responsible AI standards while reporting to executive leadership.

Manage client portfolios, oversee accounting/reporting compliance, mentor junior staff, and provide strategic business advice for SMEs.

Lead product marketing for prioritized product plays: define audiences and positioning, develop value propositions and campaign content, enable sales with content packs, integrate activity across channels, and measure performance against revenue, pipeline, adoption and cross-sell metrics to inform investment decisions.

Provide risk and insurance support to Financial Advisers using IRESS and XPlan to prepare needs analyses, quotes and comparisons; conduct health, financial and occupational pre-assessments; act as adviser contact on personal insurance matters; ensure compliance with Findex guidelines; maintain technical product knowledge and meet compliance requirements.
