About the Role:
As a B2B Account Manager for our multinational automotive client, you will enjoy the automotive industry and talking shop with your own portfolio of customers. You will move seamlessly between sales and promotions, order taking, and complaint handling to visits offsite with your customers when required. Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries via call, chat, email, social media, and SMS regarding product shopping or delivery.
Update customer accounts with relevant details after communication.
Send necessary communication to stores following customer calls, if needed.
Process orders as per client specifications.
Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
