Join our dynamic, supportive team and diverse team, working on behalf of a reputable Australian furniture store, where you'll manage calls, chats, emails, social media, and SMS queries from customers shopping for or awaiting delivery of our products.

About the Role:
As a B2B Account Manager for our multinational automotive client, you will enjoy the automotive industry and talking shop with your own portfolio of customers. You will move seamlessly between sales and promotions, order taking, and complaint handling to visits offsite with your customers when required. Are you a hospitality or retail worker who lives and breathes motorsport? Do you spend your weekends watching Supercars, analyzing F1 tire strategies, or working on your own project car? Key details

  • Full-time (38 hours). 

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.36pm, No weekends or public holidays!

  • Commencing ASAP 

  • Location: La Trobe Street, Melbourne CBD

  • Successful applicants will need to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check

  • Australian drivers licence

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via call, chat, email, social media, and SMS regarding product shopping or delivery.

  • Update customer accounts with relevant details after communication.

  • Send necessary communication to stores following customer calls, if needed.

  • Process orders as per client specifications.

  • Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
