THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Strategic accounts division in Melbourne, Victoria.

Reporting to the Strategic Sales Leader, you will drive growth across a portfolio of government and corporate customers, winning new business and expanding existing accounts. You will lead the full sales cycle, uncovering opportunities across managed print, workflow automation, document management, software, and technology services while delivering strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Own a portfolio of corporate and government accounts, achieving revenue, profitability and new business targets through strategic account management and disciplined pipeline development.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and market engagement, while managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to contract execution.
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, operations and executive teams to uncover opportunities, drive retention and deliver long-term value.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and objectives, leveraging FUJIFILM BI Australia's print, managed services and digital workflow solutions to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
• Develop compelling proposals, tenders and business cases, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure compliance with procurement, contractual and governance requirements.
• Work closely with solution specialists, service, project delivery, customer success and support teams to ensure seamless implementation, exceptional customer experiences and ongoing account growth.

Skills & Qualifications
• Demonstrated success in B2B account management and new business development within print or similar industries will be highly regarded
• Proven ability to identify customer needs, articulate value, negotiate effectively and close opportunities in a solution-led B2B environment.
• Strong capability in managing customer portfolios, pipeline, forecasting and territory planning while consistently delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, influencing at both operational and executive levels across complex organisations.
• Ability to interpret customer data, identify improvement opportunities, and make commercially sound decisions that drive business outcomes and long-term customer value.
• Understanding of print environments, customer procurement processes, contract management, and the ability to align hardware, software and service solutions to customer requirements.
• Highly organised, resilient and customer-focused, with experience using CRM and digital sales tools, a commitment to ethical conduct, and the flexibility to travel within the allocated territory as required.
