Manage end-to-end MRO purchasing for manufacturing sites, including sourcing quotes, creating and monitoring SAP purchase orders, maintaining supplier data, resolving purchasing issues, and preparing procurement reports. The role supports maintenance teams, manages high request volumes, coordinates with suppliers and stakeholders, and identifies process improvements while ensuring procurement compliance.

Analyze sales, market, shopper, and customer data to identify category trends and growth opportunities. Build dashboards, scorecards, and commercial tools; support category strategy, activation measurement, portfolio reviews, market sizing, brand planning, and foodservice execution. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Insights teams to translate research into recommendations, selling stories, and actionable commercial plans.

Manage McCain’s Retail Potato brand portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include developing brand plans, analyzing consumer and market insights, leading innovation and new product development projects, executing integrated campaigns, monitoring portfolio performance, managing stakeholders and agencies, and optimizing marketing investments to drive growth and commercial results.
