Lead regulatory compliance for food products across Australia and New Zealand. Interpret food legislation, manage formula approvals, ingredient compliance, labels, claims, and marketing materials. Partner with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other teams on innovation and reformulation. Monitor regulatory changes, assess risks, train stakeholders, engage authorities, and improve regulatory processes while balancing compliance with commercial objectives.

Supports Commercial and Marketing leadership across Australia and New Zealand by managing schedules, meetings, travel, events, onboarding, reports, presentations, expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and budgets. Coordinates cross-functional activities, employee engagement initiatives, and office operations while improving processes and providing administrative coverage. Uses enterprise systems and Microsoft Office to keep teams organised, connected, and operating effectively.

The Sales Representative will manage and grow foodservice customer portfolios, engage with clients, identify business opportunities, and promote product availability across a territory in Western Victoria.
