Supports the Coles national account across in-store and online channels by managing reporting, analysis, forecasting, promotions, trade investment, claims, and business planning. Coordinates with Coles and internal Supply Chain, Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, Category, Pricing, and sales teams. The role identifies performance trends, risks, opportunities, and actions while maintaining retailer systems and supporting commercial growth plans.

Lead and execute product innovation and renovation projects from concept through recipe development, trials, factory validation and commercial production. Collaborate cross-functionally and with suppliers to translate consumer insights into robust, compliant food products for the Australian and New Zealand markets while ensuring food safety and continuous improvement.

As R&D Director, you'll lead the ANZ R&D function, drive innovation, and build capabilities while collaborating with various departments to ensure operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
