The Senior Associate, Consumer Products manages key licensee relationships, drives category growth, and supports marketing activations and product development across Mattel's brands.

Coordinate and optimize regional execution of approved global and regional media strategies across multiple markets. Ensure consistency, pacing, quality and reporting; liaise with agencies and cross-functional teams to identify risks, drive corrective actions, support in-flight optimisation, and standardise execution frameworks and playbooks.

Drive sales and achieve monthly and brand targets within trade spend; develop and deliver business strategies, forecast sales, collaborate with Marketing/Finance, and maintain professional relationships with internal and retailer stakeholders.
