Lead the legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, and contract functions across an ASX-listed ecommerce group. Advise directors and senior leaders, manage external counsel and regulators, review marketing materials, oversee company secretarial matters, support M&A, and provide pragmatic commercial guidance. The role requires strong Australian legal expertise, including consumer law, privacy, advertising regulation, corporate governance, continuous disclosure, and commercial contracting, along with the ability to use AI and emerging technologies to improve legal workflows.

Participates in a 12-month demand planning training program, supporting inventory monitoring, purchase order accuracy, stock and import management, demand analysis, logistics cost reduction, product performance analysis, and stockout prevention. Partners with Category Managers to align inventory with sales and promotional demand. Requires strong Excel skills, analytical and commercial judgment, communication ability, and Australian working rights.

Manage demand forecasts, replenishment plans, inventory levels, purchase orders, and stock coverage across product lines. Analyze demand, product performance, logistics costs, shipments, and stock risks while improving planning processes and minimizing stockouts and aged inventory. Partner with category managers and internal stakeholders to respond to promotional activity and changing demand. The role requires strong Excel, analytical, communication, negotiation, and inventory planning skills.
