Develop and maintain partnerships with Chinese and Asian restaurants for a food delivery platform. Responsibilities include market and competitor research, merchant acquisition and negotiations, onboarding and product training, platform operations, merchant visits, issue resolution, and improving merchant orders and transaction volume through cross-functional collaboration. The role also requires maintaining strong strategic merchant relationships and optimizing the partner experience.

Manage relationships with key account partners, support partner onboarding and proposals, coordinate store launches and campaigns, monitor account performance, prepare reports, and identify sales growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Tech, and Finance teams to resolve requests and deliver projects. Maintain accurate account records and support new partnership development. Professional English and Mandarin proficiency is required.

Plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns for restaurant partners across a food delivery platform. Recruit and support partners, configure campaigns, monitor performance, analyze orders, participation, sales uplift, and ROI, and produce recurring reports. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery Operations to ensure timely launches, identify performance issues, and recommend improvements. Communicate directly with English- and Mandarin-speaking partners and share results with local leadership.
