Plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns for restaurant partners across a food delivery platform. Recruit and support partners, configure campaigns, monitor performance, analyze orders, participation, sales uplift, and ROI, and produce recurring reports. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery Operations to ensure timely launches, identify performance issues, and recommend improvements. Communicate directly with English- and Mandarin-speaking partners and share results with local leadership.

Manage relationships with key account partners, support proposals and onboarding, coordinate launches and campaigns, monitor performance, prepare reports, and identify sales growth opportunities. The role collaborates with Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to resolve partner needs and support partnership initiatives across Australia. Professional English and Mandarin proficiency is required.

Plan and execute platform operations, event marketing, email campaigns, market expansion, partnerships, channel cooperation, and offline promotional activities. Manage procurement and logistics for events, analyze campaign and engagement data, and optimize initiatives. Collaborate across departments and communicate with Western businesses and universities. The role requires fluent English and Mandarin, strong event execution skills, and experience in internet operations and market expansion.
