Acts as a senior Workday subject matter expert, leading configuration, optimization, enhancements, projects, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, security, governance, and data integrity. Partners with People Operations, Payroll, Recruitment, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and improve people processes. Contributes to the People Technology roadmap, evaluates Workday releases, supports change delivery, and mentors team members through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Designs, develops, supports, and maintains automated legal templates and knowledge solutions using Contract Express, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Copilot, and AI platforms. Partners with lawyers, knowledge professionals, Digital, IT, and vendors to deliver practical technology solutions. The role also supports solution prioritization, experimentation with low-code and no-code automation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to workplace safety requirements.

Advises governments, regulators, energy market participants, and private capital clients on Australian energy regulation and infrastructure matters. Work includes regulatory strategy, energy market reform, project structuring, grid connections, revenue arrangements, government support mechanisms, M&A, joint ventures, and clean energy project development. The role requires translating complex regulatory frameworks into clear commercial advice while managing multiple priorities and contributing to Australia’s energy transition.
