Senior Auditor - Internal Audit

Join our growing Internal Audit team as a Senior Auditor in our Melbourne office. You’ll take real ownership of audit engagements, be the go-to person driving quality, and momentum across every team you lead. It’s a role requiring sharp technical judgement, genuine leadership, and a real eye for detail.

Your role, your contribution!   

• Plan and deliver Internal Audit engagements end-to-end from risk identification through to clear reporting and actionable recommendations
• Partner directly with our clients to understand their business and shape strategies while building lasting client relationships
• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory and technical requirements to ensure full compliance across all work.
• Contribute to the team’s growth by identifying new opportunities and building a strong professional network within the industry.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in Internal Audit or Risk Consulting in Australian public practice.
• Experience in government, public sector agencies and/or Not for Profit sectors highly regarded. 
• Completed or working towards relevant postgraduate qualifications and memberships to professional bodies such as IIA, CPA, CAANZ, or RMIA are highly regarded 
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and networking skills.
• An investigative mind, the ability to logically and correctly analyse information to inform findings and conclusions.
