Conduct external audit activities for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely completion of engagements. Build strong client relationships, manage competing priorities, and contribute to team leadership and development. The role requires knowledge of Australian auditing and accounting standards, CA or CPA qualifications or progress toward them, and strong business acumen. Caseware experience is preferred but not required.

Lead mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising engagements from scoping through settlement. Provide strategic advice, build client relationships, assess valuations, prepare pitch materials and three-way financial models, support negotiations and legal-document review, and coordinate transaction execution. Manage project timelines, delegate work, oversee team delivery, support business development, and develop junior staff.

Supports financial planning clients by onboarding accounts, preparing and implementing advice documents, maintaining accurate records, processing investment transactions, and liaising with financial institutions. Works closely with advisers, partners, and client services teams to ensure timely, accurate completion of client requirements. The role offers hybrid work, training, career development, and a nine-day fortnight.
