Manages project budgets, forecasts costs, monitors scope and delivery, prepares client documentation, and supports client relationships and business development. The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, tertiary qualifications, strong communication skills, and preferably CPEng or NER accreditation.

Lead development and review of hydrologic and hydraulic models (RORB, TUFLOW) for flood studies and impact assessments. Manage large government and private projects, liaise with clients, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff. Provide project management, deliver technical advice, and support flood emergency and dam-break analyses.

Develop detailed electrical designs, 2D drafting and 3D Revit models for distribution substations (11kV/22kV to LV). Produce construction drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare utility approval packages, cost estimates and material schedules, support site inspections, construction queries and commissioning, and maintain Revit models per quality procedures.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end responses to complex, high-value infrastructure tenders. Manage multidisciplinary bid teams, assess risks, develop technical, commercial and financial solutions, coordinate legal and insurance inputs, manage budgets, engage stakeholders and support transition to delivery while ensuring compliance with governance and deadlines.

The Principal Process Engineer leads water and wastewater treatment projects, providing technical expertise, managing teams, and developing client relationships.

Deliver hydrological and hydraulic modelling, flood studies, stormwater management plans, WSUD design calculations, GIS mapping, water quality and water balance modelling, and technical reporting for regional and local projects.

Support migration of acquired entities into Oracle and align project financial management across APAC. Assess change impacts and adoption risks, develop and deliver training and communications, manage training and engagement programs, maintain the EARTH portal and knowledge base, support key users, and report on change progress and readiness.
