Designs and drafts overhead and underground electrical distribution lines up to 66kV across Victorian networks. Responsibilities include design quality assurance, approving drawings, managing projects, preparing tender and technical documentation, coordinating resources, mentoring junior staff, conducting site work, supporting bids, managing client relationships, reporting project status, and ensuring safety, regulatory, governance, and quality compliance.

Lead and support large-scale flood management projects, including flood mapping, mitigation prioritisation, concept design, drainage schemes, and flood impact assessments. Manage project budgets, timelines, scope changes, deliverables, client relationships, and business development activities. The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, tertiary qualifications, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and preferably CPEng or NER accreditation.
